Squash is a fun and very social way of keeping fit. Roselands Fitness and Squash Centre have 5 competition courts that are available to hire from early morning to night – (subject to availability and opening hours). We also have an fully stocked Pro-Shop, where you can buy the latest in squash equipment including racquets, shoes, balls and accessories. We also perform restrings and racquet repairs.

If it’s a hit with friends you are after, you can book a court from as little as $5.00* (*per person / per hour - from 1pm - 3pm weekdays) so reserve your court today! You can also call us during opening hours to book a court in advance. Courts can be booked in hourly intervals.
Development
If you think you are ready for the next step and want to participate in social competition, then “Flat Chat” is for you! Our weekend round-robin competition is open both Saturday and Sunday from 12pm. This is a perfect place to kick-off your squash career or if you are coming back after a long lay-off. Please call in advance if you wish to play, as places are limited. Coaching is available upon request for all ages.

We have a variety of different social and competitive tournaments running throughout the year. Competitions are mixed (both male and female) and available for all ages. Our competitions include:
